A Nigerian court in Abuja has authorized the EFCC to freeze 24 bank accounts linked to alleged terrorism financing and money laundering. The accounts belong to Lawrence Lucky Eromosele and are suspected of being used to manipulate the value of the naira through virtual cryptocurrency exchange platforms. The freeze, granted by Justice Emeka Nwite, will last 90 days, with further hearings scheduled for March 24, 2025.
