B&Q Ireland plans to buy three Homebase stores in Ireland for £3.2 million, converting them to B&Q stores starting in mid-2025. The stores in Navan, Letterkenny, and Waterford will add nearly 9,300 square meters to B&Q's existing eight stores. The acquisition aims to expand B&Q's home improvement offerings and services. The deal, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to be finalized by the first quarter of 2025/26.
