An 18-year-old Jasper, Alabama, teenager died Sunday after a car crash on Saturday evening. The incident occurred when the teenager's Nissan Sentra hit a pothole, veered off Whitehouse Road, and struck a concrete bridge rail near Industrial Parkway, about a mile south of Jasper. The driver, not wearing a seatbelt, was taken to a local hospital but succumbed to injuries. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating.
