An 18-year-old from Crossville, Alabama, died in a single-vehicle crash early Thursday in DeKalb County. The Mitsubishi Galant he was riding in veered off Alabama 68, hitting a guardrail and trees. The driver and another passenger were hospitalized at TC Thompson Hospital, while a one-year-old passenger also received treatment. The Alabama State Troopers are investigating the incident, which occurred near Collinsville.
