Venezuelan opposition member Fernando Martínez left the Argentine diplomatic compound in Caracas after nine months of sheltering there to avoid arrest warrants issued by the Maduro government. The opposition accused the government of cutting utilities and surrounding the compound with agents and police. Martínez voluntarily met prosecutors, but details of his departure remain unclear. The remaining opposition members continue to seek refuge in the compound.
