Curtis Tudor, 26, admitted manslaughter after fatally assaulting 42-year-old Carl James, a father of five, in a pub garden in Middlesbrough on May 11. The attack caused James to suffer a brain hemorrhage, leading to his death three days later. Tudor expressed remorse in court on November 28 and is set to receive his sentence on November 29. James was well-loved in his community, and over £30,000 has been raised in his memory.
