Nestlé plans to increase marketing spend and cut costs to boost growth, aiming for organic growth above 4%.
Nestlé, led by CEO Laurent Freixe, outlined plans to boost growth by increasing marketing spending to 9% of sales by 2025 and cutting costs to save at least 2.5 billion Swiss francs by 2027. The company also plans to separate its water and premium beverages into a standalone business. Nestlé forecasts medium-term organic growth above 4% and a trading profit margin of at least 17%.
