Janelle Hill, 37, has been arrested and charged with first-degree reckless homicide related to the June 2022 drug overdose death of an inmate at Waupun Correctional Institution in Wisconsin. An autopsy revealed that the inmate ingested a mixture of cocaine and fentanyl delivered in latex balloons during a visit from Hill. She is being held on a $500 bond and faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted.
