Two men from Black Creek, Wisconsin, have been arrested in connection with the July overdose death of a 27-year-old man. Cole Simon, 29, faces first-degree reckless homicide charges, while Travis Neshek, 25, is charged with multiple drug offenses, including manufacturing and delivering fentanyl. Simon could face up to 60 years in prison if convicted, while Neshek faces up to 15 years per count. Both are currently jailed and awaiting court appearances.
