16-year-old faces Child Trafficking and Pornography charges for filming girl undressed at Dublin's National Aquatic Centre.

A 16-year-old boy, whose identity remains confidential, faces charges under the Child Trafficking and Pornography Act for filming a girl undressed in a changing kiosk at Dublin's National Aquatic Centre in 2022. He is accused of possessing and producing two videos for distribution. Currently on bail, he appeared in Dublin Children's Court, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for November, where issues of prosecution delay and his mental health will be discussed.
