16-year-old charged with sexually assaulting a woman in woods near Newmarket, Co Cork faces two charges: sexual assault and exposing his genitals with intent to cause fear or distress. Initially arrested and released, he was re-arrested and appeared before Clonakilty District Court. The judge remanded him in detention at Oberstown Children's Detention Campus and granted consent to bail with conditions. The accused is due back at the Juvenile Court sitting at Mallow District Court on Tuesday.
