2 staff members arrested in Seneca Falls for allegedly abusing a disabled resident; facing charges in court.
2 staff members, Joseph Kopetchny (46) & Vicki Wilson (58), arrested in Seneca Falls for allegedly abusing a mentally & physically disabled resident at a local housing facility. The investigation began in May after a report of physical abuse by staff members. Both charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, scheduled for Seneca Falls Town Court.
