2 Shelby Co. daycare workers arrested for aggravated child abuse at Milestone Academy & Childcare.
2 Shelby Co. daycare workers, Tanya Lapsley (56) and Wanda Henderson (63), arrested on aggravated child abuse charges for allegedly abusing a 2-year-old in their care at Milestone Academy & Childcare in Montevallo. The women are accused of forcibly jerking, pulling, and snatching the child, causing bruises and marks, multiple times. They are held in the Shelby County Jail with a $180,000 bond each.
