Kissimmee police officer, Andrew Baseggio, has been fired and charged with multiple offenses, including felony battery, after entering a suspect's home without a warrant, assaulting him, and causing serious bodily injury. Baseggio is also accused of tampering with witnesses and writing a falsified report to avoid an internal affairs investigation. He turned himself in and had been with the department since 2007.
