31-year-old Andrew Ranallo, from Bloomfield, was arrested for impersonating a police officer, assaulting a woman, and false imprisonment.
31-year-old Andrew Ranallo from Bloomfield was arrested and charged with impersonating a police officer, indecent assault, criminal attempted indecent assault, and false imprisonment after allegedly assaulting a woman who he had pretended to be a police officer in front of. The victim managed to escape when they stopped at a red light. Ranallo is being held at the Allegheny County Jail, and more charges may be added.
