The Aunties, alongside Women's Health Victoria, have launched a unique online training program to empower mentors in addressing disclosures of gender-based violence and discrimination. This initiative follows recent Create Space Survey results revealing one in four women in the industry faced bullying or harassment at work. The 'Support Talk' training program, available for free for three months, aims to bridge the gap in training for mentors to support mentees in such situations.
