Survey reveals young women, non-binary professionals face high workplace harassment in New Zealand.

A survey in New Zealand found over one-third of young women and non-binary professionals face bullying and harassment at work. Without inclusive practices, only one in seven plan to stay. Companies with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives retain 73% of young women, compared to 14% without these measures. The study calls for better DEI policies and workplace cultures to retain young talent.
