The year-to-date deficit rose to P613.9 billion. Revenues rose 10.93% to P296.5 billion in June compared to the same month in 2020. In the first half of 2021, the deficit stood at P613.9 billion, 7.24% below the program set for the period due to better-than-expected revenue performance.
