High Court rules against Dr. Fiona Grant in rent dispute with Gradual Investments Ltd for her medical clinic in Stepaside, Dublin.
The High Court has ruled that Dr Fiona Grant was incorrect in her claims that she only had to pay a lower figure for rent than claimed by the landlord of her medical clinic premises in Stepaside, Dublin. The judge stated that Dr Grant's arguments regarding the rent amount and a 2014 rent review were also incorrect. Gradual Investments Ltd had brought legal action against Dr Grant over the rent being paid for her clinic.
