Dublin landlord Michael McManus was ordered by the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) to pay tenant Hakim Diaf €17,500 for refusing to sign forms for Diaf to claim Rent Supplement due to his receipt of social welfare. The WRC found McManus discriminated against and victimized Diaf through abusive conduct and directed him to complete the necessary paperwork for Diaf's Rent Supplement reinstatement.
