High Court rules Maureen Kelly must leave her Dublin home as landlord plans to sell.

Maureen Kelly, wife of former property developer Paddy Kelly, failed in her legal bid to stay in her Dublin home after the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) ruled that her landlord, Miracove Holdings Ltd, had the right to terminate her tenancy due to plans to sell the property. The RTB ordered her to pay €60,000 in rent arrears and vacate within 42 days. The High Court upheld this decision, finding sufficient evidence of the landlord's intention to sell within nine months.
