Irish court blocks Dublin residential development, ruling local council mishandled business concerns.

The Irish High Court overturned Dublin City Council's decision to allow residential development on a site zoned for industrial use near the Chapelizod bypass. The court ruled that the council's chief executive failed to properly consider a submission from a local business, Pat O'Donnell & Co, which fears the development could force another costly relocation. The case will be further reviewed in December.
