46-year-old Paso Robles resident Nicolas Wayner was arrested after threatening two individuals with a loaded shotgun during a dispute. Authorities discovered multiple non-serialized guns, a short-barrel rifle, and a sawed-off shotgun at Wayner's home. He was charged with attempted assault with a firearm, possession of an assault weapon, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, and possession of a ghost gun.
