53-year-old Sparks man, Jason Harrall, was arrested after firing a rifle into the air on Santa Anita Drive on March 5. Police responded to multiple reports and established a perimeter with an armored vehicle and drone. After a brief standoff, Harrall was found in possession of a handgun and was taken into custody. He was charged with two counts of discharging a firearm, endangering others, and one count of obstructing with a firearm.
