Fall River man, Matthew Rodrigues, has been sentenced to five to seven years in prison for committing five robberies in Oct 2021, including armed robbery while masked. The robbery spree began with a Bay Coast Bank robbery, followed by Santander Bank, Shell gas station, St. Anne's Credit Union, and BankFive. Rodrigues pleaded guilty to four counts of unarmed robbery and one count of masked/armed robbery.
