33-year-old Fall River man, David Stuart, has been sentenced to seven years in Rhode Island's Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI) after pleading nolo contendere to gun and narcotics charges. He was found with a .40 caliber semi-automatic ghost gun, a large capacity magazine, and 37.5 grams of cocaine on March 6, 2023, during a traffic stop in Lincoln. Five of the seven years are for possessing a large-capacity magazine.
