Former Collierville Police Officer DeMario Pree was fired and decertified in Tennessee after allegedly leaving his service weapon in a Walmart while working an off-duty security job. Pree resigned the day before a disciplinary hearing and was hired by the Olive Branch Police Department, but was terminated there two weeks later. Following a default decertification hearing, Pree is banned from working in law enforcement in Tennessee.
