Fire in a South LA building damages nearby church for the second time in a week; no injuries, under investigation.
A fire broke out in a building in South Los Angeles, causing significant damage to a nearby church for the second time in a week. The fire started in an upholstery building adjacent to the Holy Apostolic Church and took over 80 firefighters to extinguish in around an hour. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the Los Angeles Fire Department's arson team.
