A fire in South Los Angeles displaced 10 people when it engulfed a three-story, under-construction wooden building and spread to two nearby homes early Sunday morning. Firefighters managed to control the blaze within 44 minutes, and fortunately, no injuries were reported. The Red Cross is assisting those affected, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
