1.3 million penalty charges (PCNs) for non-compliance with London's Ultra-Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) were issued between September 2023 and April 2024, with over £218 million remaining unpaid. Transport for London (TfL) collected £28.5 million in paid fines. The ULEZ charges £12.50 daily for driving vehicles not meeting emission standards in all 32 London boroughs.
