4-year-old girl with rare bone cancer, Tilly, has been denied a Blue Badge for parking by Dorset County Council, as her medical condition doesn't meet the criteria of lasting for at least three years. Tilly's father, Richard King, applied for the permit after she required a wheelchair following her diagnosis. The Disability Living Allowance team can only assess the claim in 15 weeks.
