A young black bear wandered into a suburban Pennsylvania neighborhood, prompting tranquilization efforts by wildlife, public safety, and rescue officials. The bear climbed a tree before being tranquilized and falling 20 feet into a large tarp held by the officials. The animal was then moved to a bear trap and is expected to be relocated to state land elsewhere in central Pennsylvania.
