Tonga is working to complete a housing development with 100 prefabricated houses by August for the 53rd Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Forum. The development is near the Sia Heu Lupe site in Popua, and Tongan hotels are fully booked for the event. The government is also seeking China's assistance to speed up construction of an indoor stadium in Nuku'alofa for the summit meetings.
