Hong Kong's Gaw Capital Partners expands data center portfolio with a new acquisition in Japan's Fuchu Intelligent Park. The 11,233 sqm property doubles the scale of data centers nearby, becoming the largest facility in Fuchu City in terms of IT capacity. This acquisition aligns with the growing demand for data centers in Asia, expected to expand 25% annually through 2028, compared to 14% in the US.
