Narra Technology Park Development Inc. (NTPDI) plans to invest $2.7 billion to build the largest hyperscale data center in New Clark City, Tarlac, Philippines. The 47-hectare facility will house a 300-megawatt data center, developed in three phases, with an investment of $890 million for each phase. The project aims to be 100% powered by renewable energy and is expected to generate over 1,500 direct jobs.
