49-year-old David Moore of St. John, Indiana, is facing multiple misdemeanor charges after being accused of cheating in a bass fishing tournament in Chicago. Moore allegedly caught four smallmouth bass in Lake Michigan, transported them across the state line, and hid them on a stringer in the Calumet River ahead of the tournament. Illinois Conservation Police allegedly observed him retrieving the fish and placing them in his boat's live well before the event.
