Accused stalker Anne Breaud seeks to dismiss restraining order against New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell.

Anne Breaud, accused of stalking and photographing New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell, has filed a motion to dismiss a restraining order against her. Breaud's attorney argues that she never harassed Cantrell and has never contacted her or shared photos with media. A subpoena for NOPD records and policies related to the case has also been filed. Both parties are scheduled for separate court hearings.
