Judge dismisses New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell's stalking complaint against French Quarter woman Anne Breaud, who claimed the mayor's accusations were false. Cantrell filed a temporary restraining order in May, alleging Breaud aggressively photographed her while having lunch at a French Quarter restaurant. However, Civil District Judge Bernadette D'Souza dismissed the mayor's petition and ordered her to pay Breaud's legal costs.
