Half of Canadian telecom providers are not adhering to website complaints section rules, according to the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services (CCTS). The annual compliance report found that over half of the 51 communications providers audited did not have easily accessible complaints sections on their websites. Just 35% of providers were fully compliant with requirements to inform customers about the CCTS on their respective websites in both official languages. This represents an increase from 14% fully compliant in 2019.
