Children's care home operator Ideal Care Services and directors Karen Akwuobi and Victor Arinze face criminal proceedings for allegedly submitting falsified background checks and altered Garda staff vetting to Tusla, the child and family agency. The accusations involve care homes in Dublin and Carlow, with false and misleading documentation being submitted. The prosecution has been brought by Tusla.
