Myanmar's military has moved detained former leader Aung San Suu Kyi from prison to house arrest due to hot weather conditions. The 78-year-old Nobel laureate is currently facing 27 years in prison for various offenses, including bribery and violating the country's telecommunications law. Military spokesperson Major General Zaw Min Tun stated the move was a health precaution for elderly prisoners during the heatwave.
