38 properties available for rent through HAP nationwide in March, an increase of five properties since December. Simon Community's "Locked Out of the Market" report for March surveyed 16 areas, with 1,180 properties available to rent at any price. This represents a 76% increase from the previous March, but only 3% of private rentals were available to HAP-dependent households, down from 4% in 2023, 8% in 2022, and 28% in 2021.
