$12m Māori-led Te Kōhao Health Wellness and Diagnostic Centre, addressing Māori health disparities, opens in Hamilton.
The $12m Te Kōhao Health Wellness and Diagnostic Centre, led by Māori living their tino rangatiratanga over their own health, officially opens in Hamilton today. King Tuheitia will unveil the centre, marking the culmination of a six-year journey for the Waikato Māori community.
