Te Hiku Hauora's Muriwhenua Wellbeing Festival is set to celebrate health reforms and promote wellbeing in Te Hiku. The inaugural event on April 6th, held at Te Ahu Centre, aims to connect local whānau with primary health services and resources, with a further festival planned for later in the year. The festival coincides with the population health prototype initiated by the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, set to influence and inform future public health investments.
