46-year-old Guyra resident, Whatarangi Rogers, has been found guilty in Armidale Local Court of failing to disclose his driver's details and obscene exposure in a public place. The incident occurred on Waterfall Way on February 6, when Rogers was seen "swaying in and out of lanes." Road workers had to halt traffic to prevent a collision after he entered a prohibited area during road works.
