42-year-old Alan Sibanda from Northwich was found guilty of drug-driving, possession of cannabis, driving without insurance, and other related offenses. He was stopped by police in Cheshire with an expired license, no insurance, and twice the legal limit of cannabis in his system. Sibanda was sentenced to a 40-month driving ban, a £884 fine, and £85 in costs, with a surcharge of £354.
