Lawyer for Nathaniel Veltman, convicted of murdering four members of a Muslim family in London, Ontario, says his client is seeking to appeal the convictions. Veltman was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years for the June 2021 attack. The lawyer confirmed that an "inmate notice of appeal" had been filed within 30 days of sentencing to initiate the appeal process.
