DJ Joe Mfalme will be a state witness in the murder case of DCI officer Felix Kelian, while his hypeman Allan Ochieng is charged with the crime. DJ Mfalme and several others were initially investigated for the officer's death, but the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has found Allan Ochieng culpable. Ochieng is due to be charged on April 8, 2024, in the Kiambu High Court, while Mfalme and the others have been cleared.
