DJ Allan Ochieng, known as Hype Ballo, pleaded not guilty to the murder of DCI officer Felix Kelian Kintosi. He was remanded for 7 more days at Nairobi Remand Prison pending a social inquiry report. Hype Ballo and six others, including DJ Joe Mfalme, were initially arrested; the others were released as prosecution witnesses. A bail or bond application hearing is scheduled for May 2.
