49-year-old Kwok Wai Leung from Richmond Hill went missing on March 31 after leaving his home on foot without returning. York Regional Police have set up a command post and resumed the search after calling it off due to inclement weather. Leung, who left during an argument with his family, is 5'5", 175 lbs, with dark brown eyes, short black hair, and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes.
